During training: Support for grip strength

Do you have slippery fingers when doing pull-ups, toes-to-bar, or muscle-ups? Hand grips offer you maximum grip during your gymnastics exercises. They also protect your skin from damage and overexertion. Simply put on the gymnastics grips before training and you can then train without any problems on smooth bars, rough bars, rings, kettlebells, and many other pieces of equipment. Your hands are also protected when training with heavy dumbbells. No wonder hand grips are one of the most important pieces of equipment for professional athletes.

Frequently asked questions about our hand grip products

If you need maximum grip on the bar, you can use No Chalk Grips. Carbon grips and suede grips are also well suited for training on bars contaminated with magnesium, but they do not adhere quite as well as No Chalk Grips.

It can always happen that you order a product in the wrong size. In this case, you can simply return your order to us for a refund. You are welcome to order another size that fits you and protects your hands as well as possible.

You can buy hand grips in a wide variety of colors and designs from us. If you want something inconspicuous, you can simply choose a model in black or gray. We also offer more striking colors such as orange, purple, or blue.

When searching online for a hand grip, you may come across so-called hand grippers. However, these are hand trainers for the hand and forearm. With such a hand muscle trainer, you can strengthen your strength and grip—but they have nothing to do with hand grips.

If you place your order by 5 p.m. (Monday-Friday), it will usually be delivered the next working day. The products are available directly from our warehouse in Rothenthurm. We ship our packages with Swiss Post and Planzer.

Different types of hand grips

If you are looking for hand grips, we offer 3-hole and 2-hole models as well as products that do not have any holes. Which version you should choose depends on your training. 3-hole gymnastics grips cover the entire palm, while 2-hole grips only cover the center of the palm. That's why many athletes opt for 3-hole grips. However, if maximum feel on the bar is more important to you than complete hand coverage, or if you have smaller hands, then 2-hole grips are also a good choice. Gymnastics grips without holes have become very popular in recent years and are now preferred by many athletes. They give you a freer feeling and allow you to stow the grips away more quickly when changing exercises. Decide for yourself which aspects are most important for your training.
