GHD – Training for the back chain
Our GHD (Glute Ham Developer and Roller) equipment is designed to effectively strengthen the entire posterior chain. This includes the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, but core stability also benefits from this training.
A GHD can be used for various movements: classic glute-ham raises, back extensions, or even GHD sit-ups. With the glute-ham roller, ab rollouts and hamstring curls are also possible.
Why a GHD makes sense
As part of the Gym equipment GHDs are a valuable tool if you want to specifically supplement your training to target your hamstrings and stabilize your core muscles.
