Refund policy

Consumers have the right to return the goods within 30 days after delivery of the goods. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods; no reason is required. The return must be sent to HighPowered Fitness GmbH, Ausserdorfstrasse 1, 6418 Rothenthurm, Switzerland. The products must be properly packed with all accessories in the original packaging. Damaged products will not be accepted for return or will be charged to the customer in full. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.  The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. Business customers have no right of withdrawal or return.

Exercising the right of return converts the purchase contract into a return processing relationship, under which the products received as part of the purchase contract must be returned. A deduction from the purchase price to be refunded or invoicing for possible damage, excessive or improper wear and tear of the goods remains reserved. No deduction will be made if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. HighPowered Fitness GmbH may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

HighPowered Fitness GmbH warrants that the products are undamaged at the time of shipping. Products that were damaged during shipping will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of HighPowered Fitness GmbH, provided that the customer notifies HighPowered Fitness GmbH of the defect by email within 30 days of receiving the goods. If HighPowered Fitness GmbH requests this, the customer must also immediately return the delivered products in the original packaging to HighPowered Fitness GmbH ; HighPowered Fitness GmbH will cover the shipping costs for this.

Any further warranty for the delivered products and any liability for damage caused by these products is excluded, unless HighPowered Fitness GmbH fraudulently concealed the relevant product defects. However, if HighPowered Fitness GmbH can assert further warranty claims against its suppliers for the product in question, HighPowered Fitness GmbH will, where possible, assign these claims to the customer upon request. HighPowered Fitness GmbH does not, however, accept any responsibility for these claims being successfully enforced. The same applies to any claims that HighPowered Fitness GmbH may assert against Swiss Post or Planzer for damage that occurred during transport.

In particular, HighPowered Fitness GmbH does not warrant that the products are suitable for the use planned by the customer or that they will achieve a specific result.

Returned products or packages are only accepted in proper condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
