Delivery times

Orders with items ready for immediate dispatch that are received by 5 pm (Monday to Friday) are usually delivered on the next working day.

Shipping costs

Within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein:

• From CHF 150 order value: free
• Under CHF 150 order value: CHF 9.90

Understanding availability

For each product, you can see how quickly it is ready to ship:

• Ready for immediate dispatch: The item is in our Swiss warehouse and will be shipped immediately.
• Ready to ship in X days: We order this item for you from our supplier, or it is already on its way to us. The time shown is the estimated period until it is ready to ship.

Partial deliveries

If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship it complete as soon as all items are ready to ship. If you would like to receive part of it earlier, please place separate orders.

Shipping methods

We ship with Swiss Post and Planzer, depending on the size as a tracked shipment, parcel, or freight shipment.

International shipping

Shipping to addresses outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein is possible on request. Just contact us and we will let you know the shipping costs and take care of the order personally.

30-day return policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, as long as they are unopened and unused in their original packaging. Items that need to be tried on (e.g. clothing and knee sleeves) may be tried on. For these items, please make sure to open the packaging carefully.

Food items cannot be returned.

How returns work

Please fill out the return form (included in the package) and send the return to:

If you select replacement products on the return form, we will ship them to you free of charge. Alternatively, you can order the replacement products again directly in the shop and note on the return form that you would like a refund. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement products.

We usually process your return and ship replacement products within 2 working days.

Refund

Once we have checked your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

If you paid by purchase on account (PowerPay), any refund will be processed directly via PowerPay / MF Group. The credit will either be offset against a future PowerPay invoice, or you can request the payout yourself in the PowerPay Self-Service. To do this, you will need the details on your PowerPay invoice. After successful review, the payout is usually made within 10 working days.

24-month warranty

All products are covered by the statutory 24-month warranty rights for material and manufacturing defects.

Not covered

Normal wear and tear (e.g. on hand grips, grips, tape, bandages), consumables, and damage caused by improper use or external impact.

In case of a defect

Just get in touch with us, and we’ll review the case and find a fair solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

Payment methods

Invoice, Twint, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and advance payment. With Twint, "Pay later" is also available during the payment process for payment within 30 days.

Security

All payments are processed via secure connections; we do not store any payment data. If your Visa debit card is not accepted, please activate the 3D Secure check with your bank.

Would you like to pick up your order in Rothenthurm or visit the showroom? Gladly. Our warehouse does not have fixed opening hours; pickups and visits are possible by arrangement at most times. Contact us after completing your order, and we will arrange an appointment.

Short-term parking is available directly in front of the entrance. The warehouse is on the 2nd floor; the way is marked with an arrow by the mailbox.
