📦 SHIPPING

The shipping costs are CHF 7.90 for an order value under CHF 150. For orders over CHF 150 we ship free of charge.

We ship every working day. If you order by 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), delivery will usually take place on the following working day. We send our packages with Swiss Post and Planzer.

We are a Swiss company that attaches great importance to fast and smooth shipping. The products in the online shop are available from our warehouse in Rothenthurm and can be shipped directly after receipt of payment.

Orders to delivery addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are possible directly in the online shop. For shipping to international addresses, please contact usto find out the shipping costs for the desired country and to place the order.

🔁 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as they are unopened and unused in the original packaging. Food cannot be returned.
Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice and send the return to:
HighPowered Fitness GmbH, Ausserdorfstrasse 1, 6418 Rothenthurm

If you select replacement products on the return form, we will ship them to you free of charge. Alternatively, you can order the replacement products directly from the shop and note on the return form that you would like a refund. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement products.

🏬 PICKUP

Would you like to pick up your order from the warehouse in Rothenthurm ? No problem! Our warehouse does not have fixed opening hours, but collections are possible at most times by arrangement. After completing your order, contact us by Email, telephone, WhatsApp, chat or contact formto arrange a pickup date.

Address: HighPowered Fitness GmbH, Ausserdorfstrasse 1, 6418 Rothenthurm. Short-term parking is possible directly in front of the entrance. The warehouse is on the second floor (see arrow on the mailbox).

💳 PAYMENT METHODS

HighPowered.ch offers payment via Twint, credit card, PayPal, ApplePay and advance payment. When paying with Twint, the “Pay later with Twint” option is also available in the payment process, for payment within 30 days.

All payments are processed via secure connections on provider servers. HighPowered.ch does not store any customer payment data.

Note: If your Visa debit card is not accepted, please contact your bank to activate the 3D security check.
