Shipping costs are $7.90 for orders under $150. We offer free shipping for orders over $150.
We ship every business day. If you place your order by 5 p.m. (Monday to Friday), delivery will usually take place on the following business day. We ship our packages with Swiss Post and Planzer.
We are a Swiss company that attaches great importance to fast and smooth shipping. The products in our online shop are available from our warehouse in Rothenthurm and can be shipped immediately after receipt of payment.
📦 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to addresses outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein is possible, but currently not directly via the online shop.
If you would like a delivery abroad, just contact us . We will inform you of the shipping costs for your country and personally take care of your order.
🔁 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, as long as they are unopened and unused in their original packaging. Items that need to be tried on (e.g., clothing and knee braces) can be tried on. Please take care when opening the packaging of such items. Food items are excluded from return.
Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice and send the return to:

If you select replacement products on the return form, we will ship them to you free of charge. Alternatively, you can reorder the replacement products directly in the shop and note on the return form that you would like a refund. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement products.
🏬 PICKUP & SHOWROOM
Would you like to pick up your order directly from us in Rothenthurm or visit our showroom? You are very welcome! Our warehouse does not have fixed opening hours, but pickups and visits are possible at most times by arrangement.
After completing your order, contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, chat, or contact form, and we will arrange a suitable appointment together.

Short-term parking is available directly in front of the entrance. The warehouse is located on the second floor—the route is marked with an arrow by the mailbox.
💳 PAYMENT METHODS
HighPowered.ch offers payment via Twint, credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, and prepayment. When paying with Twint, the option "Pay later with Twint" is also available in the payment process, allowing payment within 30 days.
All payments are processed via secure connections on provider servers. HighPowered.ch does not store any customer payment data.
