Shipping
Delivery times
Orders with items ready for immediate dispatch that are placed by 5 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are usually delivered on the next working day.
Shipping costs
Within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein:
- Order value under CHF 150: CHF 7.90
- Order value from CHF 150: free
For very large or heavy shipments (e.g. gym flooring or racks), delivery is made by freight carrier depending on the item.
Understanding availability
For each product, you can see how quickly it is ready for dispatch:
- ready for immediate dispatch (green): The item is in our Swiss warehouse and will be dispatched immediately.
- ready for dispatch in X days: We will order this item for you from our supplier, or it is already on its way to us. The time shown is the expected period until it is ready for dispatch.
Partial deliveries
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will dispatch it in full as soon as all items are ready for dispatch. If you would like to receive part of your order earlier, please place separate orders.
Shipping methods
We ship with Swiss Post and Planzer, depending on the size, as a shipment with tracking, as a parcel, or by freight carrier.
International shipping
Shipping to addresses outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein is possible on request. Contact us briefly, and we will let you know the shipping costs and personally take care of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
30-day return policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, as long as they are unopened and unused in the original packaging. Items that need to be tried on (e.g. clothing and knee sleeves) may be tried on. For these items, please make sure to open the packaging carefully.
Food products are excluded from returns.
How returns work
Please fill out the return form (included in the package) and send the return to:

If you select replacement products on the return form, we will ship them to you free of charge. Alternatively, you can also order the replacement products again directly in the shop and note on the return form that you would like a refund. This way, you will receive your replacement products as quickly as possible.
Warranty & Guarantee
24-Month Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory 24-month warranty rights for material and manufacturing defects.
Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (e.g. on hand protectors, grips, tapes, wraps), consumables, and damage caused by improper use or external impact.
In Case of a Defect
Just get in touch with us, we’ll review the case and find a fair solution (replacement, repair, or refund).
Payment
Payment methods
Twint, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and advance payment. With Twint, "Pay later" is also available during checkout for payment within 30 days.
If you have any issues with payment, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Security
All payments are processed through secure connections; we do not store any payment data. If your Visa debit card is not accepted, please activate the 3D Secure check with your bank.
Pickup & Showroom
Would you like to pick up your order in Rothenthurm or visit the showroom? Absolutely. Our warehouse does not have fixed opening hours, and pickups and visits are possible by arrangement at most times. Contact us after completing your order, and we will arrange an appointment.
Short-term parking is available directly in front of the entrance. The warehouse is on the 2nd floor; the way is marked with an arrow by the mailbox.
