📦 SHIPMENT

The shipping costs are CHF 7.90 for orders under CHF 150. For orders over CHF 150 we ship for free.

We ship every working day. If you order before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), delivery is usually made the following working day. We ship our packages with Swiss Post and Planzer.

We are a Swiss company that places great value on fast and smooth shipping. The products in the online shop are available from our warehouse in Rothenthurm available and can be shipped immediately after receipt of payment.

Orders to delivery addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are possible directly in the online shop. For shipping to international addresses, please contact usto find out the shipping costs for your desired country and place your order.

🔁 RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as they are unopened and unused in the original packaging. Items that need to be tried on (e.g. clothing and knee braces) can be tried on. Please make sure that you remove the packaging opened carefully. Food items cannot be returned.

Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice and send the return to:

If you select replacement products on the return form, we will send them to you free of charge. Alternatively, you can reorder the replacement products directly in the shop and note on the return form that you would like a refund. This is the quickest way to receive your replacement products.

🏬 COLLECTION

Would you like to receive your order in the warehouse in Rothenthurm Pick up? No problem! Our warehouse does not have fixed opening hours, but pick-ups are possible at most times by arrangement. Contact us after completing your order by E-mail, telephone, WhatsApp, chat or contact formto arrange a pick-up time.

Address: HighPowered Fitness GmbH, Ausserdorfstrasse 1, 6418 RothenthurmShort-term parking is possible directly in front of the entrance. The storage area is on the second floor (see arrow on the mailbox).

💳 PAYMENT METHODS

HighPowered.ch offers payment via Twint, credit card, PayPal, ApplePay and prepayment. When paying with Twint, the option "Pay later with Twint" is also available in the payment process for payment within 30 days.

All payments are processed via secure connections on provider servers. HighPowered.ch does not store any customer payment data.

A notice: If your Visa debit card is not accepted, please contact your bank to activate the 3D security check.
