Strong hold and more comfort for intensive strength training
The Versa Gripps FitPro were developed to specifically support female athletes during intensive strength training. Especially during heavy pulling exercises, grip strength quickly becomes the limiting factor before your back, shoulders, or arms are fully loaded. This is exactly where the Versa Gripps come in. They help you relieve your hands and forearms in a targeted way and focus more on movement execution and the target muscles.
The open design replaces traditional training gloves, lifting straps, or hooks while providing a direct feel on the bar without unnecessarily enclosing your hands. The wide hand support protects against pressure points and calluses, while the anti-slip special material provides a secure hold during pulling exercises. Thanks to the self-supporting construction, the Versa Gripps can be fastened quickly and released just as quickly as soon as you open your grip.
The FitPro model
The Versa Gripps FitPro are based on the proven features of the Versa Gripps Pro, but have been specially further developed for female athletes. Compared with the Pro version, they feature softer padding, more flexible material and an optimized fit for smaller hands. This creates a more comfortable grip feel while maintaining high stability and a secure hold on the bar.
The longer grip piece supports a powerful hook grip during pulling exercises and creates extra contact area to even protect your nails. Developed for female athletes who expect not only maximum performance in strength training, but also high comfort and a precise fit.

Versa Gripps size guide
The right size for Versa Gripps is not determined by your hand size, but by the circumference of your wrist. To measure it, use a tape measure around the bony area of your wrist. If you do not have one available, you can also use a string and then measure the length with a ruler.
Versa Gripps should not fit extremely tightly. They should sit comfortably on the wrist and still be easy to rotate. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger option.
| Wrist circumference | |

| Small | 16-17 cm (6-7 in) |
| Regular / Large | 18-20 cm (7-8 in) |
How to use Versa Gripps correctly
Each pair consists of a left and a right grip. First pull the wrist strap through the metal buckle, then put your hand through the opening created. The hand pad should run along your thumb and sit comfortably on your palm. Tighten the strap firmly, but not too tight. The Versa Gripps should sit securely without restricting mobility or circulation.

For pulling exercises such as Deadlifts, Pull Ups, or rows, the bar is positioned between the palm and the grip piece. Then pull the grip piece back over the bar into your palm with your fingers. As soon as pressure is applied, the grip locks onto the bar and supports your grip strength during the movement. To release it, simply open your grip.
Versa Gripps can also be used for pressing exercises such as the Bench Press or Overhead Press. To do this, position them slightly higher toward the forearm and tighten the strap for extra stability. The hand pad lies flat under the barbell and supports the palm during the movement.

Thanks to one-handed use, Versa Gripps are faster and easier to use than classic lifting straps. At the same time, your hand stays open and ventilated, creating less heat and moisture than with closed training gloves.

When hands and forearms need support
During heavy pulling exercises, the limiting factor is often not your back, shoulders, or arms, but your grip strength. This is due to small flexor muscles in the forearm, which are connected to the fingers via tendons through the wrist. These muscles take on the job of holding the barbell firmly. However, as training weight increases, they fatigue much faster than the large muscle groups you actually want to train.
This is exactly where Versa Gripps come in. By supporting you when gripping and holding the bar, they take some of the strain off your hands, fingers, and forearms. This allows you to focus more on the actual movement and the target muscles, instead of constantly having to fight against fading grip strength.
In addition, the padded and ergonomic wrist construction supports stability during training without unnecessarily restricting mobility. The special shape ensures that the load is distributed more comfortably and the hands are relieved during heavy reps.
This can help you perform sets in a more controlled way, better feel the connection to the target muscles, and reduce unnecessary early slipping or regripping on the bar.
