More grip and support for heavy reps
The Versa Gripps Pro were developed to specifically relieve your grip strength during heavy pulling exercises while also offering more stability at the wrist. Especially in intensive strength training, it is often not the actual target muscles that limit you, but fatigue in your hands and forearms. This is exactly where the Versa Gripps support you. They help you focus more on movement execution and the target muscles instead of having to invest energy purely in holding onto the bar.
The special non-slip material on the grip surface ensures especially secure hold on the barbell and stays grippy even with regular use. At the same time, the wide palm support protects against pressure points and calluses. Thanks to the self-supporting design, the Versa Gripps can be quickly secured to the bar and released just as quickly as soon as you open your grip.
The Pro model
The Versa Gripps Pro were developed for athletes who train regularly and intensely. Compared to the Classic model, the Pro version offers a longer grip flap, a non-slip special material and additional support around the wrist. This makes them particularly suitable for heavy pulling exercises, high training volume and repeated intense loads in strength training.

Versa Gripps size guide
The right size for Versa Gripps is not determined by your hand size, but by the circumference of your wrist. To measure it, use a tape measure around the bony part of your wrist. If you do not have one available, you can also use a piece of string and then measure the length with a ruler.
Versa Gripps should not fit extremely tight. They should sit comfortably on the wrist and still be able to rotate slightly. If you are between two sizes, the larger option is recommended.

How to use Versa Gripps correctly
Each pair consists of one left and one right grip. First pull the wrist strap through the metal buckle, then put your hand through the opening created. The hand support should run along the thumb and sit comfortably on the palm. Tighten the strap firmly, but not too tight. The Versa Gripps should fit securely without restricting mobility or circulation.

For pulling exercises such as deadlifts, pull-ups, or rows, the bar is positioned between the palm and the grip piece. Then use your fingers to pull the grip piece back over the bar into your palm. As soon as pressure is built up, the grip locks onto the bar and supports your grip strength during the movement. To release it, simply open your grip.
Versa Gripps can also be used for pressing exercises such as the bench press or overhead press. To do this, position them slightly higher toward the forearm and tighten the strap for extra stability. The hand pad lies flat under the barbell and supports the palm during the movement.

Thanks to one-handed use, Versa Gripps work faster and more easily than classic lifting straps. At the same time, your hand stays open and ventilated, creating less heat and moisture than with closed training gloves.

When hands and forearms need support
During heavy pulling exercises, the limiting factor is often not your back, shoulders, or arms, but your grip strength. This is caused by small flexor muscles in the forearm, which are connected to the fingers via tendons through the wrist. These muscles are responsible for holding the barbell firmly. As training weight increases, however, they fatigue much faster than the large muscle groups you actually want to train.
This is exactly where Versa Gripps come in. By supporting you when gripping and holding the bar, some of the load is taken off your hands, fingers, and forearms. This lets you focus more on the actual movement and the target muscles instead of constantly having to fight against fading grip strength.
In addition, the padded and ergonomic wrist construction supports stability during training without unnecessarily restricting mobility. The special shape ensures that the load is distributed more comfortably and that your hands are relieved during heavy reps.
This can help you perform sets in a more controlled way, feel the connection to the target muscles better, and reduce unnecessary early slipping or regripping on the bar.
