The loop keeps the grips securely in the right place throughout the entire workout and improves your grip strength by distributing the weight from your fingers to your wrist.
The adjustable hook-and-loop closure adapts to your wrist, with no uncomfortable seams.
Hand protection for cross-training, gymnastics and weightlifting
The Bear KompleX Hand Grips are the only grips you need for functional workouts.
They optimally protect your hands during classic pull-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar (T2B), knees-to-elbow (K2E), kettlebell swings, deadlifts, Olympic weightlifting such as cleans and snatches, gymnastics, and so on.

How to find the right size
Note: If you are exactly between two sizes, choose the larger size for the Carbon Comp Grips.

Measure the distance from the end of your wrist to the base of your middle finger.
Read your size here:
- Size S: up to 10.5cm
- Size M: 10.5cm to 12cm
- Size L: 12cm to 13.5cm
- Size XL: from 13.5cm
