When you push your limits, you need equipment that keeps up. The PicSil Phoenix Grips give you maximum control for pull-ups, muscle-ups or long rounds on the rig – even without chalk. Thanks to triple-layer fabric with a grippy outer surface, reinforced aramid core and soft inner layer, you get optimal hold, high durability and a comfortable feel, even with sweaty hands.

Protection and performance in a lightweight, ergonomic design

At just 1.7 mm thick, the grips give you a direct feel for the bar without sacrificing protection. The ergonomic shape fully covers the palm, reduces pressure points and protects against abrasion. A padded wrist strap provides extra relief – ideal for long sessions with lots of reps. The grips can be used effectively both with and without chalk.
