Weight vest (weight belt)
The PicSil weighted vest is combined with the Weight Plate Set for Women or the Weight Plate Set for Men.
Thus, the total weight corresponds to the standard used in functional fitness competitions, as well as in the "Murph" hero workout (9 kg for men, 6 kg for women).
The weight vest weighs one kilogram. For the women's weight class, two 2.5-kg weight plates are used, and for the men's weight class, two 4-kg weight plates are used.

The weight vest is made of high-strength nylon with a water-repellent coating, in accordance with military specifications.
The metal buckle clip allows you to open the vest with just two fingers, so you don’t waste time putting it on or taking it off.
Pockets and accessories can be attached to the front and rear MOLLE system, and there’s plenty of space on the Velcro surface for your favorite patches.
