Weight vest (plate carrier)
The PicSil weight vest is combined with theWeight plate set for women or theWeight plate set for men.
Thus, the total weight corresponds to the common standard of Functional Fitness competitions, as well as from the Hero Workout "Murph" (9 kg for men, 6 kg for women).
The weight vest has a dead weight of one kilogram. Two 2.5 kg weight plates are used for women's weight, and two 4 kg weight plates are used for men's weight.

The weight vest is made of high-strength nylon with water-repellent coating, according to military specifications.
The metal buckle clip allows you to open the vest with just two fingers, so you don't waste time putting it on and taking it off.
Pockets and accessories can be attached to the front and rear MOLLE system, and also for your favorite patches it has enough space on the Velcro surface.
