Weight Plate Set for Men
The weight plate set for men is used with a plate carrier, like the weight vest from PicSil. The weight vest has a weight of one kilogram.
For men, two 4 kg weight plates are used. The total weight therefore corresponds to the common standard of functional fitness competitions, as well as the hero workout "Murph" (9 kg for men).
The plates correspond to the standard dimensions of 25.5 cm x 30 cm, and are therefore compatible with all common plate carriers.
Note: These plates are not ballistic plates, but are designed for fitness and training purposes.
