Weight plates set for men
The weight plate set for men is used with a plate carrier like theWeight vest from PicSil. The Weight Vest has a dead weight of one kilogram.
For men, two 4 kg weight plates are used.Thus, the total weight corresponds to the common standard of Functional Fitness competitions, as well as the Hero Workout "Murph" (9 kg for men).
The plates correspond to the standard dimensions of 25.5 cm x 30 cm, and are thus compatible with all common plate carriers.
