Weight Plate Set for Men
The weight plate set for men is used with a plate holder, such as the Weight vest by PicSil. The Weight vest weighs one kilogram.
For men, two 4-kg weight plates are used. Thus, the total weight complies with the standard used in functional fitness competitions, as well as the "Murph" hero workout (9 kg for men).
The panels measure 25.5 cm x 30 cm, making them compatible with all standard panel mounts.
