Weight plates set for women
The weight plate set for women is used with a plate carrier, such as theWeight vest from PicSil. The Weight Vest has a dead weight of one kilogram.
For women's weight two 2.5 kg weight plates are used.Thus, the total weight corresponds to the common standard of Functional Fitness competitions, as well as the Hero Workout "Murph" (6 kg for women).
The plates correspond to the standard dimensions of 25.5 cm x 30 cm, and are therefore compatible with all common plate carriers.
Notice: These plates are not ballistic plates, but are designed for fitness and training purposes.
