You can eat the spread directly or use it as a cooking ingredient. Per 100 g, it contains 25 g protein and 6.8 g fiber. With 4.8 g sugar per 100 g, it has a low sugar content. It also naturally contains vitamins E, B3 and B6 as well as the minerals manganese, copper and magnesium. Some oil separation may occur naturally, so you should stir the nut butter well before use. Store it in a dry, dark and cool place, protect it from heat, direct sunlight and cold, and consume it within 2 months after opening.
