How to find the right size
- Hold your knee at a bend of about 30 degrees
- Measure the leg diameter approx. 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)
- Read your size from the table below

Simple care in three steps
- Drying: Allow the sleeves to air dry from the inside out immediately after training (do not leave them in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash them in 40°C program, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry net .
- Air drying: Simply allow to air dry at room temperature.
Tip: If there is a bad smell in sports equipment, you can use one anti-odor spray provide relief even on the go.
