Rehband RX Knee Sleeves 7 mm for maximum support
The RX Knee Sleeve 7 mm knee sleeve is the stronger version of the world-famous 5 mm knee sleeve.
Ideal for shorter training sessions and heavy activities like weightlifting and powerlifting, or whenever extra support is needed.
How to find the right size
- Keep your knee bent at about 30 degrees
- Measure your leg circumference approx. 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)
- Find your size in the table below
Care instructions
With the right care, the product can retain its functionality and fit even after frequent use.
- Drying: Let the sleeve air dry inside out straight after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash them on a 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air dry: Simply let them air dry at room temperature.
Tip: If your sports gear smells bad, an anti-odor spray can also help when you are on the go.
This is how to put on your Rehband knee sleeves correctly to get the full benefit
- Turn the inside of the Rehband knee sleeves outward
- Pull the knee sleeves up to just below the knee
- Now roll the rest of the knee sleeves up your legs until they sit above the knee
