- Measure the diameter of the leg approx. 10 cm below the middle of the kneecap

- L: 37 - 40 cm
- XL: 40 - 43 cm

- First, turn the inside of your knee sleeves inside out.
- Then position the turned-over knee sleeves below your knee.
- Then carefully pull the turned part over your knee until the sleeves sit correctly.
