- Measure the leg diameter approximately 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)

Care instructions
With proper care, the product can maintain its functionality and fit even after frequent use.
- Drying: Allow the bandage to air dry from the inside out immediately after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash them in 40°C program, preferably with similar colors and in a Laundry net .
- Air drying: Simply allow to air dry at room temperature.
