Maximum performance with the Power Sled
Whether pushing or pulling, the Power Sled takes your Fitness Race training to the next level. The solid steel construction ensures durability, while the versatile handles allow flexible handling. Thanks to the 50 mm weight post, you can individually adjust the resistance of the 45 kg sled with weight plates, up to a total weight of 350 kg. The handle posts are not bolted in place and can be easily pulled out when changing sides and reinserted on the other side. Perfect for quick direction changes in training.
The perfect surface: Fitness Turf for smooth training
Our Fitness Turf was specifically developed for the high demands of professional use. It offers an even, durable surface that provides optimal resistance for sled training. With a height of 12 mm and a dense woven structure, the turf stands up to even intense workouts.

Natural-fiber ropes for optimal grip
The two natural-fiber ropes allow you to pull the sled in both directions without having to turn the sled around. The robust hemp-fiber construction ensures maximum grip and durability. The pre-mounted hooks allow quick and secure attachment to the sled with the included carabiners. This lets you easily attach or detach the ropes with the carabiners when you want to switch from pulling to pushing.
Dimensions for sled pulls and sled pushes
In Fitness Races, the typical distance for sled pulls and pushes is 12.5 m. In addition, there is a 1.8 m long zone at both ends of the track which athletes must not leave during the rope pull until the sled is in that zone. In total, this results in a space requirement of approx. 16 m.
Our Fitness Turf has a standard length of 10 m to optimize the space required in training rooms. In practice, this means: of the 10 m, after the two 1.8 m zones, 6.25 m remain as usable training area for sled pulls and pushes, which is exactly half a competition distance. To realistically simulate the competition distance, the number of repetitions can be doubled exactly. This makes counting easier.
