Weights for customized weight vest training
These weights were developed to expand and intensify your Cross Fitness training. They offer three different weight options - 3.5 kg, 5 kg and 8 kg - to reach the typical workout weights of 6 kg for women and 9 kg for men together with the 1 kg own weight of the weight vest, or 4.5 kg as a beginner weight.
