Application tips
Set cable length correctly
- Loosen both screws on the cable ends by hand
- Hold skipping rope at chest height
- Stand with one foot on the cable
- Position the two screws so that the handles reach armpit height.
- Tighten the screws by hand and, if necessary, tighten them a little more with a screwdriver. Done!
