Coated steel cables for increased durability 

The coated steel cables from RPM Training are encased in rubber and are therefore better suited to rough surfaces than the raw steel cables.
Note: On very rough floors, such as concrete, however, all cable types have a shorter lifespan.

More feedback because the cable is easier to see and hear

Thanks to the coating, the cables are a little heavier and slower than the raw cables, but you can better see and hear where the cables are in the air.
When learning double-unders, this is a big help because it makes the timing between jumping and rotating your hands easier.
The bright colors of the coated cables are especially helpful here.
