The Edubily multivitamin supplement for your baseline supply
A varied diet is the key to a healthy lifestyle. But even with mindful eating, it can be difficult to get enough of all the important vitamins and minerals. A high-quality multivitamin supplement can make the crucial difference for your daily nutrient supply.
"The Multi" was developed to help ensure your daily baseline supply of micronutrients, as one capsule covers half of the daily requirement for all trace elements. It provides you with a comprehensive combination of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in a well-designed dosage and with excellent bioavailability. The high-quality formula features:
- The activated forms of all B vitamins for effective availability
- Combination of two bioactive B12 compounds (hydroxy- and methyl-B12)
- Folic acid as methylfolate 5-MTHF (branded raw material Quatrefolic®)
- Generous amount of manganese
- Copper content adjusted for good tolerance
- Vitamin A exclusively in the form of retinol, contains no β-carotene
- Vitamin C as a buffered compound for better stomach tolerance
- Vitamin K2 (MK-7) in pure all-trans form
- Uses the bioavailable folate form 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF)
- Chromium is present in the high-quality picolinate form
- Also contains PQQ as a redox-active cofactor (branded raw material MGCPQQ®)
- With adequate amounts of coenzyme Q10 for additional support of energy metabolism
The product is constantly being developed further, and the formulas are adapted to new scientific findings. Edubily has now released the fifth version of its multivitamin supplement.
New: Version 5 – optimized formula for best tolerability
"The Multi" in version 5 has been further optimized and focuses on a balanced micronutrient composition. With the "Back to the Roots" concept, the formula has been streamlined and specifically adjusted. While earlier versions pushed some maximum quantity limits, the dosage of trace elements in V5 has been reduced – for better tolerability and individual adjustability.
Special attention is now also given to the redox factor pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) (branded raw material MGCPQQ®), which plays a decisive role in many physiological processes, and to Q10 in adequate amounts. BecauseQ10 plays a major role in energy production in the cells, as it is needed by mitochondria to transport electrons and thereby generate energy.
Frequently asked questions & answers from Edubily
Why is The Multi more expensive than competing products?
The quality of the ingredients and bioavailability make the difference.
Unlike many other providers, "The Multi" contains only high-quality, bioavailable micronutrients and avoids cheap fillers. It is manufactured under strict quality controls in Germany.
Is The Multi dosed too low?
"The Multi" is optimally dosed to usefully supplement your daily nutrition - not replace it. Excessively high doses are not stored by the body, but excreted, and in some cases can even be harmful in the long term.
Does the product use the oxidized (ubiquinone) or the reduced (ubiquinol) Q10 form?
We use the conventional, i.e. oxidized, Q10 form. The reason for this is that ubiquin ol – as is often stated – does increase Q10 levels in the blood more strongly (about twice as much; see below) than ubiquin one, but at the same time is many times more expensive. Ubiquinol would increase the price of the Multi extremely sharply – that is not proportional to the benefit customers get from it.
I feel nauseous after taking it
Nausea after taking it may be due to the copper and zinc it contains. This is not unusual. It is recommended to take the product with a meal rather than on an empty stomach to minimize possible intolerances.
Does the Multi contain allergens or sugar?
No, it is free from fructose, lactose, gluten, and sugar.
Why does it not contain iron?
Not everyone benefits from taking additional iron. In fact, iron can unnecessarily cause oxidative stress in the blood. If you have an increased need for iron, we recommend targeted supplementation with our product Iron with lactoferrin.
Can I take the product during pregnancy?
For pregnant and breastfeeding women, we recommend the specially developed “Mama Multi”.
Which products should I not combine the Multi with?
The Multi can be combined with all other edubily products.
Combination with medications
If you are taking Marcumar-type anticoagulants, you should discuss taking this product with your doctor. Aspirin is not affected by this.
When in doubt, it is generally recommended to consult your doctor before taking it.
