This whey protein powder has a clear texture reminiscent of lemonade – meaning it’s more fluid than thick. It is based on whey isolate.

Whey isolate and other forms of whey
Whey protein comes in three main forms: whey concentrate, whey isolate and whey hydrolysate. The product presented here is based on pure whey isolate. Compared to whey concentrate, which in addition to a high protein content also contains more fat, carbohydrates and lactose, whey isolate is produced through additional filtration. This reduces the proportion of fat and carbohydrates and increases the protein content. Whey hydrolysate, in turn, is a form in which the protein structure is enzymatically altered – an alternative form of whey processing.

How to prepare your Clear Whey
- Add 30 g powder (= approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) to 400 ml cold water
- Shake vigorously until the powder has fully dissolved
- Let it rest for 2-3 minutes until the foam disappears
- For extra refreshment, place it in the fridge
Ingredients
Whey protein isolate, flavouring, colour: anthocyanins (contains sulphites); anti-foaming agent (silicic acid, sorbitan monostearate, lecithins (sunflower)), sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; acidifier: citric acid; spice preparation (cinnamon, anise, cloves, star anise, cardamom, nutmeg, dextrose).
Recommended intake: As a cold drink: For each serving, add 30 g powder (= approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) to a tall shaker with 400 ml cold water and shake. Let stand for 2-3 minutes until the foam dissolves. For maximum refreshment, chill in the fridge for a while. Drink 1 serving daily – ideally around training.
