Whey protein comes in three main forms: whey concentrate, whey isolate and whey hydrolysate. The product presented here is based on pure whey isolate. Compared to whey concentrate, which in addition to a high protein content also contains more fat, carbohydrates and lactose, whey isolate is produced through additional filtration. This reduces the proportion of fat and carbohydrates and increases the protein content. Recommended use: Drink 1 serving daily – ideally around training.
