The fastest speed rope for daily training
The Session4 jump rope lets you train efficient double-unders with minimal energy effort.
Thanks to the world-renowned dual bearing and the ultra-lightweight construction, RPM Speed Ropes are among the fastest jump ropes in the world.
Patented dual-axis system
The dual-bearing system of the RPM Training jump ropes transfers power to the cable with optimal efficiency and eliminates unwanted torque buildup.
Coated cable for increased durability and more feedback
The Cable of the Session4 Speed Rope is covered with a clear coating and is therefore better suited to rough surfaces than the bare steel cable of the Comp4.
On very rough floors, such as concrete, however, all cable types have a shorter lifespan.
We offer the coated cables in various colors, which is especially helpful for beginners because you can better see and hear where the cable is in the air.
The Session4 Speed Rope is also compatible with the bare cables.
Assembled and inspected in the USA
Every high-performance jump rope from RPM Training is carefully assembled and quality-checked at their headquarters in Northern California in the USA.
