Coated cable for increased durability and more feedback
The cable of the Session4 Speed Rope has a clear coating, making it better suited to rough surfaces than the bare steel cable of the Comp4.
However, on very rough floors, such as concrete, all cable types have a shorter lifespan.
We offer the coated cables in different colors, which is especially helpful for beginners because you can better see and hear where the cable is in the air.
The Session4 Speed Rope is also compatible with the raw cables.

Usage tips
Set the cable length correctly
Tools needed
- Allen key (included)
- Wire cutters or pliers to shorten the cable

 2. Cut off excess cable with pliers. Tip: Leave a few centimeters extra at first until you have found the optimal length. |

 4. Tighten. Done! |
Replacing the cable
If your cable is worn through, or you want to switch it for another color, you can replace it very easily.
Simply shorten your new cable to your previous cable length, then follow Step 3 and Step 4 from the instructions above.
