The fastest speed rope for daily training
The Session4 jump rope allows you to perform efficient double unders with minimal energy expenditure during training.
Thanks to their world-renowned double ball bearings and ultra-lightweight construction, RPM speed ropes are among the fastest jump ropes in the world.
Patented dual-axis system
The double ball bearing system in RPM Training jump ropes transfers power to the cable with optimal efficiency and eliminates unwanted torque build-up.
Coated cable for increased durability and more feedback
The cable of the Session4 Speed Rope has a transparent sheath, making it more suitable for rough surfaces than the bare steel cable of the Comp4.
However, all types of cable have a shorter service life on very rough surfaces, such as concrete.
The coated cablesare available in different colors, which is particularly helpful for beginners, as it makes it easier to see and hear where the cable is in the air.
The Session4 Speed Rope is also compatible with the raw cables.
Assembled and tested in the USA
Every high-performance jump rope from RPM Training is carefully assembled and quality-checked at the company's headquarters in Northern California, USA.
