Usage tips
Set the cable length correctly
- Loosen both screws at the cable ends by hand
- Hold the jump rope at chest height
- Stand on the cable with one foot
- Position the two screws so that the handles reach armpit height.
- Tighten the screws by hand, and if needed, tighten them a little more with a screwdriver. Done!
