Remove calluses naturally with w.o.d.welder's natural pumice stone

Well-groomed hands with minimal calluses are less likely to crack during kipping pull-ups, toes-to-bar, weight training, and other sports that put strain on the hands.
The calluses on your hands should be level with the rest of your palms to reduce the risk of injury.
To do this, use a pumice stone to smooth down the calluses and thickened skin on your hands.
This is easiest to do right after a shower or bath, when the skin is softened by the water.
