Turmeric, ginger and other functional ingredients
Alongside protein, Perform contains a range of selected plant-based and functional ingredients. These include turmeric, ginger, peppermint, black pepper and papain, as well as konjac fibre. The herbal and enzyme blend complements the formula and, according to Vivo Life, is designed for good digestibility and nutrient absorption. Perform is also naturally rich in iron and contains iron and zinc.
Clean formula and independently tested quality

Perform contains pea protein. According to Vivo Life, processing reduces problematic components of the whole pea, which is why the protein may often be better tolerated if you have an intolerance.
