Vivo Life Creatine for more performance during intense efforts
Vivo Life Creatine gives you pure creatine monohydrate with no unnecessary additives and is easy to integrate into your daily supplement routine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise when 3 g of creatine is taken daily. This makes it especially interesting for strength training, functional fitness and other sports with short, intense phases of effort.
3 g daily for consistently filled creatine stores
With creatine, the exact timing of intake is less important than consistent daily use. The recommendation is 3 g per day, on both training and rest days; do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 3 g in Switzerland. Creatine supports the body's own energy system and plays an important role especially during short, intense efforts. With regular intake, creatine stores in the muscles can be kept at an elevated level long term.
Micronised creatine with independently tested quality
The focus of this creatine is the simplest possible formula. The powder consists of creatine monohydrate and contains no fillers, artificial sweeteners or flavours. Thanks to micronisation, the creatine particles are especially fine, making the powder easier to mix and less prone to clumping. According to Vivo Life, the creatine is also tested by independent third-party laboratories for heavy metals, banned substances and over 500 different herbicides and pesticides.
FAQ: Frequently asked questions & answers:
How much Vivo Life Creatine should I take?
The recommendation is 3 g of creatine per day; do not exceed this daily dose. According to the manufacturer, around 3 g is approximately one level teaspoon. For the proven effect of creatine on physical performance during short-term, high-intensity efforts, a daily intake of at least 3 g is required.
How does creatine work?
Creatine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body and is stored largely in the muscles. There, it is involved in energy metabolism and especially supports the rapid supply of energy during short, intense efforts. That is why creatine is particularly popular for strength training, sprint efforts and other explosive sports.
When is the best time to take creatine?
The exact timing of intake is less important than consistent daily use. For example, you can take creatine before or after training. Above all, it is important that you take it regularly.
Should I take creatine on rest days too?
Yes. Vivo Life recommends taking it on both training and rest days so that creatine stores remain as consistently as possible at an elevated level.
Can creatine lead to weight gain?
At the start of use, body weight may increase slightly because creatine can increase water retention in the muscles. This is not the same as an increase in body fat. Building muscle mass also depends on appropriate training and suitable nutrition.
What does micronised creatine mean?
With micronised creatine, the powder particles are especially fine. According to Vivo Life, they are significantly finer than those in conventional creatine. This makes the powder easier to stir into liquid and less prone to clumping.
Does creatine cause dehydration?
According to the research findings cited by Vivo Life, there is no evidence that creatine generally leads to dehydration in healthy athletes. As with intense training in general, you should make sure you drink enough fluids.
Is creatine suitable for long-term use?
Creatine is one of the most extensively studied sports supplements. Vivo Life refers to research that confirms creatine has a good safety profile when used properly. If you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, you should seek medical advice before using dietary supplements.
