Know what is in your vitamin drink
It is sweetened with fructose, or fruit sugar. One 500 ml bottle contains 20 to 21 g of sugar, depending on the variety. The NRV figure for vitamin E stands for Nutrient Reference Value.
The formulas vary: depending on the variety, they also contain vitamin C, D, B6 or B12, magnesium, selenium or manganese. Some formulas also contain extracts from green tea, elderberries, grape skins and pomegranate. The exact amounts of vitamins and minerals are listed in the nutrition information for your chosen variety. The vitamin drink is produced in Western Europe.
