Natures Aid's Vitamin B Complex 100 contains all eight essential B vitamins in high doses – thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folic acid (B9) and cobalamin (B12).
The tablets have been developed so that the B vitamins they contain are released gradually, thus enabling a continuous supply over several hours.
The B vitamins contained
Several B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism, including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, and folic acid. They also play a role in the normal function of the nervous system (e.g., B1, B2, B3, B12) and psychological function (B1, B3, B6, folic acid). Pantothenic acid supports normal mental performance, while folic acid, B6, and B12 are involved in normal homocysteine metabolism. B2, B6, and B12 also contribute to the formation of red blood cells. Several of these vitamins also help reduce tiredness and fatigue (B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12).
