Creamy Vilgain Protein Iced Coffee with a nutty Robusta profile
The recipe contains 1% coffee extract from Robusta. This coffee variety brings a slightly earthy aroma with nutty notes as well as hints of dark chocolate and peanuts. Together with the creamy texture, it creates a bold protein coffee that you drink chilled.
Complete milk protein from local farms
According to Vilgain, the milk for the milk protein concentrate comes from local farms in the foothills of the Eagle Mountains. The concentrate contains the same ratio of whey protein and casein as pure milk, as well as the full spectrum of amino acids. Vilgain states a DIAAS value of 118 for the milk protein concentrate. This indicator takes into account the content of essential amino acids and protein digestibility. The recipe also includes inulin and the enzyme lactase. It is sweetened exclusively with steviol glycosides from stevia. The drink is free from artificial sweeteners and preservatives and is Halal quality.
Well chilled and briefly shaken
