Whey and casein from carefully selected milkMost of the protein is ultrafiltered whey. Ultrafiltration at low temperatures preserves protein fractions such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, immunoglobulin G, and lactoferrin. The cows spend ten months a year on pastures with rich biodiversity. Casein is the second component of milk protein and, thanks to its especially high micelle content, is broken down in the stomach even more slowly than regular casein. It is obtained from Danish organic milk. |

Lactospore and DigeZyme in the protein blend
The protein blend contains Lactospore with the Bacillus coagulans strain. DigeZyme is an enzyme complex made up of five digestive enzymes: alpha-amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, and cellulase.
No artificial sweeteners and quick to prepare
Vilgain avoids preservatives, colourings, and artificial sweeteners. The flavoured varieties are sweetened with a calorie-free sweetener from the stevia plant. For one shake, mix one 30 g serving in a shaker with 200 ml of water or milk.
