The Double Trouble Protein Bar from Vilgain turns two layers into one protein snackThe Double Trouble Protein Bar combines a soft core with an intensely flavoured, filled centre. The chocolate coating brings both layers together into a protein snack with 100% natural flavour, no preservatives, colourings or other unnecessary additives. It is sweetened with a low-calorie sweetener made from stevia. The bar is gluten-free, high in fibre and free from artificial sweeteners. Protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Super-soft milk base and a filling that carries the flavourIn most recipes, the centrepiece is a super-soft milk base that melts on the tongue. The second layer gives the bar its character with fruit fillings, liquid salted caramel or nut creams. Coated in chocolate with natural vanilla extractDepending on the variety, the bar is coated with milk chocolate or white chocolate. The milk chocolate contains at least 36% cocoa solids, giving it a pronounced cocoa flavour. The white chocolate is sweetened with a low-calorie sweetener made from stevia and a pinch of sugar. Both are flavoured with natural vanilla extract, which gives the chocolate a gentle aroma. |
