If you prefer salty snacks over sweet ones, the organic Beef Bar from Vilgain is a compact alternative to sweet bars. The meat snack keeps its shape, does not melt and is therefore suitable for hikes and other adventures. With more than 70% beef, it offers a high protein content and is also gluten-free and high in fibre. The meat bar also provides vitamin B12, iron and zinc.
Grass-fed beef from the Spanish Pyrenees
Vilgain uses meat from cows and bulls from the Spanish Pyrenees. The animals graze on mountain meadows with fresh grass; in winter they receive hay or GMO-free feed. The other ingredients are also natural and come from certified organic farms.
Juicy, lean cuts instead of tendons and inferior meat parts
Juicy, lean cuts are selected for the meat bar after slaughter. Tendons, scraps or other inferior meat parts are not used. Fruit gives the savoury recipe a subtle sweetness and, together with the other ingredients, creates a harmonious, tender meat bar.
Organic recipe without GMOs or preservatives
The recipe contains no GMOs, glutamate or preservatives. The Beef Bar is also free from artificial sweeteners, flavourings and artificial additives.
