The Hyperbelt by Versa Gripps for daily strength training

Unlike traditional powerlifting belts, the Hyperbelt was not developed for single max attempts, but for your daily training in the gym. It helps you maintain solid core tension and technique even as training volume increases and rep counts get higher.

Developed by Dr. Mike Israetel and IFBB Pro Jared Feather, this belt was specifically designed for athletes who want consistent support throughout their entire training session. The 15 cm (6 inch) high Full Core Support stabilizes the entire core and supports you during heavy compound lifts as well as functional movements. At the same time, the belt remains flexible enough for you to move freely without feeling unnecessarily restricted.

Maximum comfort through flexible materials and an adaptive fit

Rigid leather belts can quickly become uncomfortable during longer workouts and restrict freedom of movement. The VG Hyperbelt therefore combines various specially matched materials with a thin 5 mm construction and light padding. This creates a balanced mix of stability, flexibility, and comfort. The soft inner side ensures the belt feels comfortable even during long sessions.

How to wear the Hyperbelt correctly during your training

The Hyperbelt is worn just above the hips and should fit snugly without restricting your breathing. When relaxed, you should be able to place about one to two fingers between the belt and your stomach. Depending on the exercise and intensity, you can adjust the tension individually. For heavy squats or other demanding exercises, a firmer fit is recommended, while for lighter exercises you can wear it a little looser.

Choose the right size

To determine the right size, measure your circumference directly at navel height. Do not order based on your normal trouser size!

If you are between two sizes, Versa Gripps recommends the smaller option for an optimal fit.
