Flexibly height-adjustable for every exercise
Thanks to the multi-level hole pattern, you can set the arms precisely to the right height for you. For bench press, slightly above your chest; for squats, just below the lowest position, giving you the optimal catch point for every exercise. They are attached using 25 mm locking pins in the 26 mm rack holes and secured with a red safety pin.
The Spotter Arms are made from high-quality, powder-coated steel and can withstand repeated drops from heavy barbells.
