How to find the right size

1. Keep your knee bent at about 30 degrees
2. Measure the leg diameter approx. 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)

Machine washable (40°). Should be washed in a laundry bag. Air drying only is recommended to preserve quality and effectiveness.
