How to find the right size
- Hold your knee at a bend of about 30 degrees
- Measure your leg circumference approx. 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)
- Read your size from the table below
Care instructions
- Drying: Let the support air dry inside out immediately after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash it on a 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air drying: Simply let it air dry at room temperature.
Tip: If your gym gear smells bad, an anti-odor spray can help, even on the go.
