Hold your wrist in a neutral position and measure the circumference of your wrist. Find the right size in the table below.
Care instructions
- Drying: Let the support air dry from the inside out immediately after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash it on a 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air drying: Simply let it air dry at room temperature.
Tip: If your gym gear smells bad, an anti-odor spray can also help when you're on the go.
