How to find the right size
- Hold your knee at a bend of about 30 degrees
- Measure the circumference of your leg approx. 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)
- Read your size from the table below
(Sizes XXS and XXL are not available in all colors)
Easy care in three steps
- Drying: Let the sleeves air-dry inside out immediately after training (do not leave them in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash them on a 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air-dry: Simply let them air-dry at room temperature.
Tip: If your sports gear smells bad, an anti-odor spray can also help when you are on the go.
How to put on your Rehband knee supports correctly to get the full benefit
- Turn the inside of the Rehband Knee Sleeves outwards
- Pull the Knee Sleeves up to just below the knee
- Now pull the rest of the Knee Sleeves over your legs until they sit above the knee
