Easy care in three steps

Proper care of your knee sleeves can be achieved in three simple steps and ensures that the products retain their functionality and fit even after many training sessions or competitions.
  1. Drying: Let the sleeves air dry inside out immediately after your workout (don't leave them in your gym bag).
  2. Machine wash: Wash on the 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
  3. Air-dry: Simply let it air-dry at room temperature.

Here's how to put on your Rehband knee braces correctly to get the most out of them

  1. Turn the inside of the Rehband Knee Sleeves outward
  2. Pull the knee sleeves down to just below the knee
  3. Now pull the rest of the knee sleeves up your legs until they reach just above the knee
