The RX Athletic Power-Wrap Tape from Rehband is an extremely durable weightlifting tape designed to provide maximum protection and a stronger grip during training and competition. 

This tape was specifically designed for the hook grip used in weightlifting and functional fitness training. It protects the fingers—especially the thumbs—from cuts, scrapes, and painful blisters.

Thanks to its unique, flexible material, the finger joints aren't restricted and retain full range of motion.
With its latex-free premium adhesive, the Hook Grip Tape stays securely in place even during intense, sweat-inducing workouts.

This tape is ideal for Olympic weightlifting, functional fitness, climbing, handball, volleyball, martial arts, and many other sports and applications.

How to use Hookgrip Tape

• Step 1: Apply the tape to part of your thumb or finger
• Step 2: Wrap the tape around your thumb or finger 3–4 times, applying moderate pressure
• Step 3: Tear the tape by hand (no scissors needed)
• Step 4: For optimal grip, you can now press the tape down a little more firmly

For best results, apply the tape to clean, dry skin.
