The RX Athletic Power-Wrap Tape from Rehband is an extremely durable weightlifting tape for maximum protection and a stronger grip during training and competition.
The tape was specially developed for the hook grip in weightlifting and functional fitness training. It protects your fingers, especially your thumbs, from cuts, tears, and uncomfortable blisters.
Thanks to its unique, flexible material, your finger joints are not restricted and retain their full range of motion.
With the latex-free premium adhesive, the hook grip tape stays in place even during intense, sweat-heavy training sessions.

How to use the hookgrip tape
- Step 1: Apply the tape to part of your thumb or finger
- Step 2: Wrap the tape 3-4 times around your thumb or finger with medium-firm pressure
- Step 3: Tear the tape off by hand (no scissors needed)
- Step 4: For optimal grip, you can now press the tape down a little more firmly
For best results, use the tape on clean, dry skin.
