How to find the right size
- Keep your knee bent at an angle of about 30 degrees
- Measure the leg circumference about 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)

Care Instructions
- Drying: Let the bandage air dry from the inside out immediately after your workout (don't leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash on the 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air-dry: Simply let it air-dry at room temperature.
