How to find the right size
- Keep your elbow bent at about 30 degrees
- Measure the circumference of your elbow joint
- Read your size from the table below
Care instructions
- Drying: Let the sleeve air dry inside out immediately after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash it on the 40°C program, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air drying: Simply leave to air dry at room temperature.
Tip: If your gym gear smells bad, an anti-odor spray can also help when you are on the go.
