How to find the right size

1. Keep your knee bent at about 30 degrees
2. Measure the diameter of the leg approx. 10 cm below the middle of the patella (kneecap)
3. Read your size from the table below

Care instructions

The knee bandages are machine washable at 40 degrees and should be washed in a laundry bag. For a long service life, we recommend air drying.
