How to find the right size
- Keep the knee bent at about 30 degrees
- Measure the leg diameter approximately 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)
- Read the size on the table below
care instructions
- Drying: Allow the bandage to air dry from the inside out immediately after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash them in 40°C program, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry net .
- Air drying: Simply allow to air dry at room temperature.
