How to find the right size
- Hold the knee bent at about 30 degrees
- Measure the leg circumference approx. 10 cm below the center of the patella (kneecap)
- Read the size from the table below
Care instructions
- Drying: Let the support air dry inside out straight after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash it on a 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air dry: Simply let it air dry at room temperature.
