- Measure the circumference of your elbow joint
- Read your size from the table below
Care Instructions
- Drying: After training, let the bandage air dry inside out (do not leave it in the sports bag).
- Machine wash: Wash it at 40°C, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag.
- Air Drying: Simply let it air dry at room temperature.
