How to find the right size
- Place the sole of your foot on the floor
- Measure the circumference around your instep
- Read your size from the table below
Care instructions
- Drying: Let the support air dry inside out immediately after wearing it (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash it on a 40°C programme, preferably with similar colours and in a laundry bag.
- Air drying: Simply let it air dry at room temperature.
Tip: If your sports gear smells bad, an anti-odour spray can also help when you are on the go.
