How to find the right size
- Keep your knee bent at about 30 degrees
- Measure the leg circumference approx. 10 cm below the centre of the patella (kneecap)
- Read your size from the table below
Care instructions
- Drying: Let the support air dry inside out right after training (do not leave it in your gym bag).
- Machine wash: Wash it on a 40°C cycle, preferably with similar colours and in a laundry bag.
- Air drying: Simply leave it to air dry at room temperature.
